Vacation Leisure Maintenance Co., Inc., a California corporation, was incorporated on May 6, 1980. The corporation was established as a resort service company, specializing in interval vacation ownership. The corporation is registered in California and the State of Hawaii.
Currently, V. L. M. manages over 10,000 interval ownership weeks and handles operating budgets of over 3.8 million dollars annually. Through prudent management of maintenance fees and operating budgets, VLM has over $2,950,000 of Association monies in Reserve Investment Accounts. These monies are over and above funds used for annual operation of resorts managed. We provide a wide range of services and support to our associations from our headquarters in Solana Beach, California. On-site management at our resort properties, provide a management presence representing the association and it's board of directors.
Our expertise includes: handling developer and association managed properties; establishing and maintaining financial recovery programs; supplementing and providing a large variety of realty services. We provide: reliable "user friendly" financial statements and our financial services extend from collections to fund investments; management and resort staff training, in addition to site supervision and inspection; a complete administrative analysis package to the association's board of directors. We provide customer service to all association members and guests, alike. We are a full service "resort service" company.
