We wish to welcome you to beautiful Southern California & Sand Pebbles Resort! Adding to Sand Pebbles' vacation appeal is its location. Midway between Los Angeles and San Diego, it's within easy driving distance of Southern California's most famous amusement parks and sightseeing attractions. For instance:

Sand Pebbles is a delightful 49-unit timeshare complex located in Solana Beach approximately one block from the ocean, and less than a mile from the famous Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds. Within a mile from the resort is the Solana Beach Amtrak/Coaster Station providing convenient transportation to outlying attractions; neighboring communities provide a wide-range of shopping, dining, and entertainment choices.
We know your vacation at Sand Pebbles will be an enjoyable experience and we are looking forward to welcoming you in person!
Because the housekeeping and maintenance crews are very busy getting ready for your arrival, (from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturday), early check-ins are not always a possibility. The official Check-in Time is Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
A Security Deposit will be required upon check-in; an imprint from your Visa or Mastercard will be taken as an authorization only until checkout, provided all is in order.
Please notify management if you anticipate an arrival later than 7:00 PM, so special arrangements may be made for you. Please contact us at: (858) 509-8799 during the business hours of 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Pacific Time. We do not want you to experience difficulties, should you require a late arrival.
OFFICE HOURS
The Check-in Office is located on the north side of the resort complex. Resort Personnel are currently available Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to noon, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
LOCATION
From the San Diego Airport, take I-5 North to Via de la Valle (near Del Mar Racetrack), exit West (left) to Coast Highway 101, turn right onto 101; Sand Pebbles is approximately two blocks up on the left, between Frog´s Gym and National Car Rental: 535 S. Highway 101, Solana Beach.
UNITS & MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Smoking is not permitted inside our units, only on patios/balconies and outside common areas; violators are subject to a fine of $250.
Studio Units
Our studio units sleep two person only. They come with a queen size bed, some are Murphy beds located in the living area. There is a full bath and kitchen/dining area. Studios are a comfortable 460 square feet.
One Bedroom Units
Our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of four persons. They have a bedroom with a queen size bed, a fold out queen size sofa bed in the living room, and one full bath, full kitchen/dining area. The one bedroom units are approximately 820 square feet.
Two Bedroom Units
Our two bedrooms sleep a maximum of six persons. They have one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, a fold sofa bed sofa bed in the living room, and a full kitchen/dining area. These units are approximately 1,070 square feet. In our townhouses the bedrooms and full bath are located upstairs and have a full bath downstairs. These units have approximately 1,600 square feet..
*Please note that persons bringing more than the maximum occupancy will be asked to vacate the unit.

Sorry, we do not have air conditioning.
Linen changes (sheets/towels) occur on Tuesday or Wednesday; extra linens are available for a fee. Our onsite laundry facilities consist of four washers and dryers; laundry soap is available for purchase in the Office.

FITNESS CENTER
We have made special arrangements with the excellent fitness center, located next door to Sand Pebbles, for unlimited use of their facilities at a discounted rate.
Frog's Fitness Center also has a health bar/cafe, clothing boutique, and a babysitting service!

HANDICAP FACILITIES
Sand Pebbles does not have handicap facilities. If you telephone ahead, we will be happy to place you in a unit with easy access.
PLEASE NOTE
• Per the Board of Directors, we do not allow diaper-aged children in the pool and/or spa.
• NO pets are allowed to vacation at Sand Pebbles. Please call us ahead for boarding facilities near the resort.
• Don't forget your beach towels and sun screen!
• If your flight arrives prior to 4:00 PM, you are more than welcome to use the pool, spa, and game room facilities until your unit is ready for your occupancy.
INFORMATION CENTER
There is an Information Center onsite everyday except Saturday only a few doors away from the Lobby, providing tourist and sightseeing info/literature/services. Ask about special event discounts. For your summer enjoyment, the Information Center provides boogie boards and beach chairs, and holds a free hotdog lunch July through September out at the pool. Also, if you´re interested in purchasing a timeshare at Sand Pebbles, the Information Center can assist you with that as well.
