LIFETIME IN HAWAII All 39 Lifetime units have maximum occupancy for four and privacy for two. Lifetime has a non-smoking policy, and a fine of $250 will be assessed for noncompliance. There is a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper, and one bathroom with walk-in shower. The vanity area provides a hairdryer. An electronic in-room safe is installed in each unit that can accommodate a laptop or other valuables. All units have full kitchens that provide the following items: full-size refrigerator, smooth-top range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, and utensils. There is a flatscreen color TV with DVD and VCR. Each unit has its own private lanai with views of Oahu. All units have air-conditioning units; telephone with voicemail feature (local calls are free). No pets please. Parking Garage Elevator Coin-op Laundry Exercise Room Check-in is on Saturday is from 4pm to 5pm. Please allow housekeeping and maintenance to prepare for your arrival prior to 4pm. Early arrivals may leave their luggage in the resort office until 4:30pm. If you anticipate arriving after 5pm, one set of keys will be left at the Security Desk, first floor Lobby; Security are employees of the Royal Kuhio Building, not Lifetime in Hawaii. Security will require that you show a Reservation Confirmation with your name on it and some form of identification. One parking stall will be assigned if applicable. Parking is free to Lifetime owners and their guests; otherwise, nominal parking fee will apply. Lifetime requires a Security Deposit via cash or imprint (authorization only) of your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card. Transient Accommodations Tax also will be collected at time of check-in. General Excise Tax applies to Parking, Bonus Time/Rental Rates and Wireless Modem Rentals. WIRELESS INTERNET High-speed wireless modems are available at the Lifetime Office to rent per day or per week. The Royal Kuhio Building also provides a WiFi Zone located near the elevators on the Main Floor for a fee. CHECK-OUT Unless you are vacationing multiple weeks, your stay will come to a close on the following Saturday at 10am. There is a fine of $175 for late checkouts. If you wish to check out before or after the business office hours, there is a key drop in the office door.
