Welcome to Indian Palms Intervals located in Coachella Valley within the beautiful gated Indian Palms Country Club, only 20-30 minutes from Palm Springs.  Upon entering the Country Club, please inform the Guard that you have reservations at "Intervals"; be prepared to show your confirmation.

LATE ARRIVALS:

If you are unable to check in during the designated check-in hours you MUST contact our resort staff for late check-in instructions. Guests arriving after hours without late arrival instructions may encounter some difficulties. The resort does not operate a 24 hour front desk. The best time to make late arrival arrangements is between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM the Wednesday or Thursday prior to your scheduled check-in date. Also, on actual check-in days late arrival arrangements can be made from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Please contact our resort staff at (760) 347-7640 and we will be happy to assist you. PLEASE NOTE: Currently, there are NO grocery facilities on site.

CHECK-IN AND SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A security/key/gate transponder deposit is required and may be made by personal check, an authorization on your Visa/Master Card or cash for $150.00. This deposit is refundable upon check-out.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
If arriving early at the resort you will not be able to check-in to your unit until each of our departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Quality Control) have completed their work and inspection procedures. We will try to check you in early if your unit is ready. There are 83 vacation units in our association and we want to ensure a pleasant stay for you by having your unit properly prepared. We thank you for your cooperation.

CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

SORRY, absolutely NO PETS are allowed to vacation (or visit) on the grounds or in the units at Indian Palms Intervals. There will be cleaning and sanitation charges incurred by guests ignoring this policy. In addition, the pet will be removed immediately upon discovery.

SMOKING RESTRICTIONS:
Please note that all Interval units have been designated as "non-smoking" accommodations. Please honor this policy by smoking outdoors only.

LOCATION:
Intervals is located within the Indian Palms Country club at 48-360 Monroe St. Indio California. As you enter the Country Club property, please inform the security officer that you are checking into Indian Palms INTERVALS. They will verify your reservation and give you a map to our check-in/hospitality suite.

UNIT OCCUPANCY:
All our units are 2 bedroom/one bath, maximum, occupancy six persons, recommended occupancy is four persons. All units have full kitchen facilities, and service for six.

DIRECTIONS:
The nearest commercial airport is Palm Springs Regional Airport, 26 miles away. From the airport go out the Ramon Road exit. Turn left (east) and take Ramon to I-10 east. Take I-10 east to Monroe Street exit in Indio (approximately 15 miles). Go south (right) on Monroe about     miles, at 48th Avenue you will encounter a stop light. Go straight through the light and the next left possible is the entrance to the Country club. The security person at the gate will direct you from there. NOTE: Due to our location having a vehicle is highly recommended.

Ontario International Airport is approximately 80 miles away and Los Angeles International Airport is about 150 miles. From either L. A. or Ontario take I-10 east to Monroe Street exit and follow directions above.

Availabe for our guest's usage are putters, tennis rackets, and an assortment of books, puzzles and games. We also have hair dryers, curling irons, highchairs, and playpens.

LINEN SERVICE:
Fresh towels and supplies are delivered to each unit on Tuesday for Friday check-ins and Wednesday for Saturday check-ins. If you would like the sheets changed please contact our office the day before the scheduled lines servce by noon. If your stay with us is two weeks or longer you will receive bed linens on a weekly basis automatically.

Remember, in the winter month's desert temperatures range from the 70's F during the day and drop into the low 40's F at night. During the spring, summer, and well into the fall months temperatures range from the 80's to 100's F during the day. This unique environment has much to offer visitors: the scenic beauty of the Palms to Pines Highway, world class shopping on El Paseo Blvd, casinos and fine dining at area restaurants. There is literally something for everyone in our desert playground. We are looking forward to your visit and hope your vacation at INTERVALS is enjoyable.
